360Vision (“360Vision”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) develops and provides mobile applications, websites, billing software, business management software, attendance systems, IoT solutions, cloud-based services, e-commerce solutions, and other custom software products.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, processed, and protected when you use applications, websites, and services developed or operated by 360Vision, including ShineDesk.

Not every 360Vision application uses all of the information or permissions described below. The information collected depends on the features enabled in the particular application.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on the application or service you use, we may collect information such as:

Account and Business Information

• Business or company name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Business address
• Login/account information
• Branch and employee information

Billing and Business Data

• Customer information
• Product and service information
• Bills and invoices

• Receivables and payables
• Business reports and transaction records

For applications such as ShineDesk, this information is primarily entered and managed by the business using the application.

2. Customer Data Entered by Businesses

Businesses using our software may enter information relating to their own customers, employees, products, services, invoices, attendance, and business operations.

The business using the software is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary authority or consent to enter and process such information.

360Vision processes this information only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the applicable service.

We do not sell customer or business data.

3. Device Information

Our applications may automatically receive limited technical information necessary for application functionality, security, troubleshooting, and performance, such as:

• Device type
• Operating system and version
• Application version
• Device identifiers where required
• IP address
• Crash and diagnostic information
• Date and time of application access

The exact information collected depends on the application and services being used.

4. App Permissions

Some 360Vision applications may request device permissions to provide specific features.

Camera

Camera permission may be used for features such as:

• QR code scanning
• Barcode scanning
• Capturing bills or documents
• Product images
• Employee/customer photographs
• Other application-specific functions

Camera access is used only when required for an enabled feature.

Photos, Media and Files

Storage, photo, or file access may be requested to:

• Upload images
• Attach documents
• Import/export business information
• Generate or save invoices and reports
• Restore or create backups

Location

Certain applications, particularly attendance, field-service, delivery, or location-based applications, may request location information.

Location may be used to:

• Verify an attendance location
• Record a check-in/check-out location
• Provide location-dependent services
• Support field employee functionality
• Prevent fraudulent attendance where applicable

Location information is collected only when the particular application requires the feature and subject to the permissions provided by the user.

Notifications

Contacts

If an application provides a feature that requires selecting or communicating with a contact, it may request access to contacts. Contact information is accessed only for the functionality for which permission has been provided.

Users may control application permissions through their device settings.

Where an application provides cloud backup or synchronization, information may be transmitted securely between the device and the applicable server or cloud service.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Google Drive and Third-Party Backup Services

Some applications may provide optional backup or integration with services such as Google Drive or other third-party cloud providers.

When a user chooses such a feature, information necessary to perform the requested backup, restore, or integration may be transmitted to that service.

The use of third-party services is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of those providers.

8. Third-Party Services

Our applications may use third-party technology where necessary to provide functionality, including services for:

• Cloud hosting
• Database hosting
• Crash reporting
• Application analytics
• Push notifications
• Maps and location functionality
• Authentication
• Payment functionality
• Backup and storage

These providers may process limited information necessary to perform their respective services.

We do not authorize third-party providers to use customer information for unrelated purposes on our behalf.

9. Payment Information

Some 360Vision applications may facilitate billing, QR/UPI payments, or links to external payment services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise within a particular application, 360Vision does not store users’ debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, banking password, or OTP credentials.

Payments handled by banks, UPI applications, payment gateways, or other payment providers are subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.

10. Employee Attendance Information

Applications providing attendance or workforce-management features may process information such as:

• Employee name
• Employee ID
• Branch
• Attendance date and time
• Check-in/check-out information
• Location, when enabled
• Attendance photographs, when enabled

This information is provided to the organization using the application for legitimate attendance and workforce-management purposes.

Employers and organizations using these features are responsible for informing their employees and complying with applicable privacy and employment requirements.

11. Data Sharing

360Vision does not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary:

• With the business or organization that operates the user’s account
• With service providers necessary to operate the application
• At the user’s direction
• To protect the security and integrity of our systems
• To comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request
• In connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable legal requirements

12. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the applicable service
• Maintain legitimate business records
• Fulfil contractual requirements
• Meet legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory requirements
• Resolve disputes and maintain security

Retention periods may differ depending on the application and the type of information.

Information controlled by a business customer may also be retained according to that customer’s requirements and account configuration.

13. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of personal information held directly by 360Vision, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, backup, and record-retention requirements.

For information controlled by an employer, shop, company, or other organization using a 360Vision application, users should normally contact that organization first because it may control the relevant records.

14. Account Deletion

Where an application provides user accounts, users may request account deletion through an available in-app account deletion feature or by contacting us at:

Deletion of an account may result in loss of information associated with that account. Certain records may be retained where required for legitimate business, security, contractual, tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

15. Children’s Privacy

360Vision business applications and services are generally intended for businesses, organizations, employees, and authorized users and are not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization.

If we become aware that information has been collected from a child contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to address the matter.

16. Security

We use reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the service, which may include:

• Authentication and access controls
• Secure network communication
• Restricted database access
• Server security measures
• Backup and recovery controls
• Application-level security measures

Users and businesses are also responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords, devices, and administrative accounts.

17. Your Choices and Rights

• Withdrawal or modification of device permissions
• Information about how their data is processed

Device permissions such as camera, location, photos, contacts, and notifications can generally be changed through the device’s operating-system settings.

18. Business Customers and Custom Applications

360Vision develops custom software for different businesses and organizations.

For custom applications, the business commissioning or operating the application may determine what information is collected and how it is used. In such situations, that business may act as the primary controller of the information, while 360Vision may process information on its behalf to provide technical services.

The business may maintain its own additional privacy policy where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our applications, technologies, legal requirements, or data practices change.
